Delivery Time Slots

Our delivery time slots:(1) 10am-5pm(2) 5pm-9pm Simply indicate your preference when adding your bouquet to the cart. Kindly also note that our florist will need at least 4 hours to prepare your order for same day deliveries.

Specific Delivery Timings

For Specific Time delivery, there is a $30.00 surcharge.

What are the payment methods?

We accept both VISA/MASTER via our online purchases. We also accept bank transfer/paylah/paynow but do kindly email us at enquiry@sugaroses.com or WhatsApp +65 89467965. Thanks!

Do you deliver to overseas?

Unfortunately, we only deliver our products within Singapore.

Can I change delivery date?

We will need to be notified 1 day in advance, as we prepare the flowers during this period of time prior to the delivery, so that the flowers last longer. If the notice is given to us in less than 24 hours prior to delivery, there will be an additional 50% surcharge on the purchase price.

Can I choose a bouquet from your website and request changes to it ?

You will have to inform us via email/whatsapp, as additional charges may apply for workmanship. Kindly do not indicate this request under the special request column to avoid being missed out. Thank you!

Can I change the delivery time or delivery address urgently?

Do WhatsApp or Call us at +65 89467965 for any urgent changes. However, as the urgent requests might affect other customers' deliveries, we do not guarantee that we are able to accept or fulfil the requests. Nonetheless, we will try our best to help!

Sizes of the bouquet; Small (S), Medium (M), Large (L).

Kindly take note that the (M) & (L) size options of the bouquet does not mean that the size of the bouquet will be doubled or tripled. We will increase the number of the main & secondary flowers used respectively. Fillers & foliage will be added accordingly to suit the design of the bouquet.

Replacement of flowers/fillers/foliage & sizes matters

As all flowers are seasonal, we will replace with others of the same value should the flowers/fillers/foliage is unavailable. With regards to the sizes/colours/shapes of the flowers, it may differ in terms of colours/sizes/shapes from the product photos as all floral arrangements are unique. Nonetheless, our florist team will still craft out beautiful bouquets for our customers at all times.

How to customize a flower bouquet?

You can contact us via email/Whatsapp and do send us if you have a photo of a certain bouquet/arrangement that you would like us to replicate.

What happens if recipient is uncontactable ?

Our couriers will wait a maximum of 15 minutes in the event that the recipient cannot be contacted via mobile. After which, our admin team will inform the buyer via Email/WhatsApp and he/she may choose to pay an additional $10 for re-delivery at a later time or opt for self collection at Sugaroses's Cafe. In the event where the courier is late, no extra delivery cost will be imposed on the buyer.
